Scheduling: When calling to schedule an appointment please notify the receptionist that you are a scheduling as a Hope Lives participator so that we can ensure that we document the appointment appropriately. Also, inform us of any important information that we need to know beforehand so that we can apply a note for the therapist.
Gratuity: Vouchers will not cover gratuities, if you desire to tip, please pay with either cash or card at the time of service.
Cancellations: We understand that there may be days that you wake up and do not feel up to coming to your appointment, which is completely understandable and we take your health very seriously. We ask that you inform us as soon as you can so that we can cancel or reschedule.
No Show, No Calls: We understand that life happens and sometimes we are overcome with forgetfulness, however, our no show, no call policy states that after the 3 no show, no calls, prepayment is required for the next scheduled appointment. Please note that after 2 no shows and no calls, we will inform Hope Lives of the activity.
