It is our mission to add quality of life to breast cancer patients so that they can better manage the physical, emotional, social & financial side effects of breast cancer treatment.
OUR MISSION.
Hope Lives! offers free, supportive services & products to breast cancer patients in active treatment in Larimer and Weld Counties. We partner with local service providers in the areas of holistic, integrative and natural medicine to offer products and support services that health insurance typically does not cover.

BEGINNINGS
While fighting an arduous battle with breast cancer in 2001, Lydia Dody reached out to many complementary care providers to ease her Chemotherapy side effects and help endure the treatments physically, psychologically and emotionally. These services improved her recovery and quality of life so much that it moved her to start The Lydia Dody Breast Cancer Foundation non-profit to help other women in treatment.
The mission was to support and strengthen those affected by breast cancer by providing care, guidance and education. We serve as a partner as they heal in mind, body and spirit.
The organization started providing services in January 2002 and since then Hope Lives! has provided services and improved the lives of thousands of women. The name has changed to Hope Lives! The Lydia Dody Breast Cancer Support Center to better describe who we are now.
Client
Application
To apply to be a Hope Lives! client you must be in active treatment for breast cancer by receiving one or more of the following: chemotherapy, radiation, surgery. Must be a resident of or be receiving treatment in Larimer or Weld County. Once your application has been received and accepted, our staff will be in touch to schedule an in-person orientation.

Our service providers are essential to our mission of providing breast cancer patients with integrative support services and products that help manage the physical, emotional, social, & financial side effects of breast cancer treatment. We are so thankful that we have the support of our service providers. They make Hope Lives possible!
Breast Cancer Support Group
McKee Wellness Foundation provides education and support to patients in active breast cancer treatment, breast cancer survivors, thrivers and fighters - regardless of treatment facility or status. The group meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 5:15-6:45 pm at McKee Wellness Foundation, Loveland ANB Bank Building 808 W. Eisenhower, 2nd Floor. Food and drink provided.
